The appropriate invoices, within 3 months following the policy's end-date :

• Your policy number, the original medical invoices and prescriptions ;
  
• For hospitalisation for more than 24 hours, you can activate your cover by telephoning to the medical assistance service in Paris (open 24 hours a day).
