How to be reimbursed ?

At our offices, from 9 am to 5 pm or send by mail to :

These documents (within a 3 months limit after the end of the policy) :

• Your policy number.

• All medical invoices, prescriptions.

• The original "feuilles de soins" with each medicine's stickers.

For all surgery / hospital / radiography : request our medical certificate to be filled-in by your doctor.
