Student House Insurance

Insurance contract strictly reserved for students residing in France and possessing a valid student card for the current year.

For all subscriptions starting as of June of the current year, you can benefit from 3 extra months (June, July and August)!!!

Insurance conditions, academic year 2011/2012
Valid until September 1st 2010 (without tacit renewal of the contract)

Plan 1
Fire and water damage (without deductible) (basic plan with the minimum compulsory guarantees and without deductible)
  • fire and water damage :
    • tenant’s liability
    • personal furniture : 3 500 Euros per main room
    • loss of rent
    • appraiser’s fees
  • Option 2nd occupier : + 6 Euros

Note:

  • You must be in possession of a student card, not respecting this condition leads to the cancellation of the guarantees and the paid premium will not be reimbursed.
  • Your accommodation must be located in a student residence, in an apartment building or at the home of a private individual.
  • The “theft” guarantee can only be granted if your apartment was broken into and if it was efficiently well protected (notably windows and doors) against easy intrusion.
  • Cash money and jewellery are excluded of our guarantees.
  • Any established subscription is due and cannot be reimbursed.
  • The premium is valid for the length of an academic year without any pro rata calculation even if the subscription takes place during the course year.
